I have tried to contact RepairSurge twice with an issue and to request a refund but still haven't heard from them for 5 days - even thou once you contact them they mention that they will get back within 24 hours. Repair surge is by far the best service manual for DIY, or weekend mechanic. It truly is worth it. Dont start worlo3ng on your vehicle with out this. A MUST HAVE
