I was in desperate need of complete wiring diagrams for my diesel conversion project. Repair Surge diagrams are a surprising complete set for my vehicle.

I like how it has an Index which makes the search for specific issues. I like the diagrams provided. I believe the drawings could be more detailed with exact locations. Example: locations of the sensors instead of just a “dot” near the location. I have just started using the manual.

It was very easy to find exact products I needed with little effort. The product I selected included additional tools and resources that other services couldn’t provide or offer without additional cost.

Overall I am satisfied with the repair manual information available for my 2009 Chevy Malibu. It has tons of information available about my vehicle. The service procedures section did leave much to be desired for the diyer though. It is very vague and is not a step by step procedure guide. There is also room for improvement in the parts diagram section. The pictures are very grainy and sometimes difficult to see exactly what they are showing. Overall, I think it is worth the money, but I do wish the procedure guide was more of a step by step process and that the pictures and diagrams were clearer.

Hello, thank you for this message and detailed feedback. While our coverage for most vehicles is very good, it sounds like there were some details lacking in your manual. These issues can pop up in rare cases due to the number of vehicles we cover. If that happened here, we're truly sorry for that. Even though you're satisfied with your manual overall, we'd love the opportunity to resolve this for you. Please contact us at [email protected] and mention the issue, and we'll be glad to look into this further! Thank you.
