Easy to purchase, but not a lot of detail for some cars once you get into the manual.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the purchase process was easy, but we're sorry the level of detail in the manual didn’t meet your expectations. While our coverage is extensive for most vehicles, there are rare cases where certain models may have limited information. If you haven’t already, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. We’d be happy to look into this and provide a solution, including a refund if necessary. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Question not specifically answered.
Question not specifically answered.
A step by step procedure using pictures and showing specific locations or bolts, screws, and cable harness to remove and entire dashboard to replace an evaporator core complete, in a 2016 impala 1lt v6 engine with automatic temperature control.
No answer even close to do this job.

Thank you for this detailed feedback. We're very sorry that the manual didn’t provide the step-by-step dashboard removal procedure you needed for your 2016 Impala. While our coverage is thorough for most vehicles, there are rare cases where the information can be lacking for certain models. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please contact our support team if you haven’t already, so we can investigate and issue a refund if needed. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

I purchased a manual specifically for…dash removal on a 2019 VW Beetle Final Edition SEL.
I purchased a manual specifically for the information on how to remove the trim on the dash to remove the radio. This was for a Final Edition 2019 VW Beetle SEL, which the manual specifically said was covered. It wasn't. Nearly everything, inclusding this manual, that I found talked all about the regular 2019 VW Beetle but not the final edition version which has a different dash than the regular beetle. It would be nice if the manual information stated that. I'm sure I'll find other useful information in the future but I was disappointed this time around.

Slow Purchase Process w/ Delayed Support & Excuses To Boot!
Process was very slow and support was as well. Unfortunately, I requested a refund, but that was FAST! Maybe next time.
To Your Reply of my Review (Below):
My review was quick, simple and straight to the point ‘without’ having to drag the situation out. As it can be seen in the explanation (reply to review), that your company was ‘not’ set up for having private emails used for better security measures in today’s market.
Instead you have decided to elaborate on what YOU think the problem was. Lack of preparedness is one for sure for today’s bright-minded people that want better security.
Divulging the transactional process which was possibly a one-off situation that your company had never planned for does NOT excuse the company in a blanket excuse for others to read as a potential solution. That was unprofessional. You should have admitted fault, as you almost did, instead of trying to blame my email provider (iCloud) that a major portion of people utilize. As you now have stated, that the issue is now resolved, as we have updated to provide that solution to those individuals who are into more security in their personal lives.
Again, there was NO reason to have to explain the unique to you situation divulging transactional information on an instance YOUR company had not kept up with the times on. I am sure that anyone here will now hesitate a moment if their life story may now come into play as a condition of reviewing the transaction, which is what YOU asked of me after the fiasco your company wasn’t prepared for. It seems absurd, but iCloud private emails have been around for about 5 years now. Get with the times and stay up to date with technology to avoid simple situations as this encounter. You might not have to explain yourself (excuses) in justifying why someone publicly stated that they asked for a refund when NO negative comments were made. Changing a customer’s email address, to facilitate your outcome, thereby bypassing the security that the customer intended and to an unauthorized email address without the express written approval of the customer is definitely unprofessional as well as unethical and contentious. Accept that you were wrong! Don’t turn this into a diatribe.

Hello, thank you for this message. We're truly sorry that your experience didn't live up to your expectations. For the purpose of replying to this review, we'd like to provide some more information about what happened. Getting set up with us is normally very fast. When you contacted us, your issue was that the email verification code wasn't being received at your email address. Since then, we've discovered that a certain email provider (the one you use) was wrongly flagging simple things like email verifications as "spam." We're happy to report that they've fixed that issue at this point. Because we didn't know that at the time, we offered you two solutions. We could switch the account to your other email (you were using a different email to contact us, which was part of the confusion in finding your account), and put that email on your account instead. Or if it was important to you that the other email not be used on your account, we could issue a refund. You opted for the latter, and we issued a refund as promised. After reviewing the situation, we believe your issue was handled appropriately by our support team. However, we're sorry that things didn't go as smoothly as they normally do, and we'll be thinking about ways we can handle those situations better in the future. With all of that being said, the issue is resolved at this time. We wish you the best. Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance!

basic instructions, need more details
the repair instructions are pretty basic and lacking detail. in my case, it's lacking crucial information like valve gap specifications. it needs to incorporate more drawings to illustrate the parts that instructions are referring to.
