What you described is definitely not typical of our manuals, and not the experience we want for our users. Our coverage for most vehicles is very good. In rare cases there can be issues, and when that happens we take responsibility and make it right for the customer. That includes a full refund if needed. We've been an officially licensed provider of factory-approved repair information for many years, with many happy customers. While our coverage for most vehicles is very good, in rare cases the information can be lacking. In those cases, we make it right for the customer, including a full refund if needed. In those cases, we do our best to resolve the issue with excellent customer support. After reviewing our support logs, we replied to your support request and offered to assist with locating the information you need. Hello, thank you for this feedback. Looking in our support logs, you sent us a message 4 months ago. The message was about an issue with your account setup. The issue was resolved, and we didn't receive any other messages from you. If the information in your manual was incomplete, we definitely want to address that! Our coverage for most vehicles is very good, but in rare cases there can be issues. In those cases, we investigate the issue and do what's right for the customer. That does includes a full refund if necessary. We've sent you a new message, and we'd greatly appreciate the chance to get this resolved for you. In terms of whether an online manual is practical, it's really a matter of preference. The benefit of our online manuals is that you can access them any time, from any device, and you get ongoing updates to the information. We understand if it's not everyone's preference.
