Ultimately, the customer service rep sent me 704 words that were directly tailored to address my specific questions. They even went into my vehicle's manual to give me an overview of the bearing procedure I’m interested in. The customer service alone was enough for me to take a chance on the manual. Besides, the Honda website charges $1600 a year for access, while this website charges $40.
