RepairIT: Knowledgeable and Honest
The guys at RepairIT are knowledgeable and honest. My daughter's laptop was crashing while using an online graphics app she needed for school. I thought maybe the laptop wasn't up to the task and needed a new solid state drive or more memory. But, rather than sell me either of those upgrades, the guys at RepairIT had us come in to show them the problem. After talking with us for just a few minutes and watching my daughter perform the same actions she had before, a different web browser was suggested to access the graphics app and that did the trick. There was nothing wrong with the computer and no upgrades were needed. RepairIT had solved the *real* problem and did it for free. I highly recommend RepairIT.
