I would rather go through a divorce than ever deal with rentredi after closing my account and getting a refund. Two weeks later I have a new charge from rentredi and nobody at rentredi could find the charge. I provided documentation from my bank account including ref number that their CC machine generated. To make matters worse I had an employee manager reach out to me saying a bunch of things that's already been discussed. I told this manager your late I've already spoken with a manager and nobody working the weekend has the auth to look into certain accounts. Only underwriting has that authority and underwriting doesn't work weekends. So please stop harassing me it's above your pay grade today is the 17th and this woman is still contacting me after a number of stop harassing me. Today is 04/7/2015 instead of rent redi just apologizing for their screw up they doubled by accusing me of using multiple accounts. Which is a flat out lie rentredi stated multiple times we can't find the charge even after I provided them the banks reference number they used, a copy of the charge and the date. The only thing user friendly at rentredi is paying your bill that works great customer service regarding payments is fast and flawless. After that forget

I filled out an application as a tenant for a property listed for rent. The following day i messaged saying the property was no long listed. They informed me the landlord was removed because they were found to be "high risk". This came AFTER I filled out ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION and the "high risk" landlord had 24 to view it. Now I am dealing with fraud issues.

Don't waste your time. The people working the counter at a 7/11 are more competent and helpful than the people who work for this company.

Terrible customer service and incompetent people working ontheir team. Their platform signs you up for a STRIPE account and they claim to have an “underwriting” department. However, if you have an existing STRIPE account they’ll cut you off and refuse to communicate instead of simply offering customer service and connecting your existing stripe account. This is incompetence at its finest. How do you run a tech startup and cannot figure out how to connect a STRIPE account to your users accounts and why would doing such be a “high risk?” They make absolutely no sense and have ZERO problem solving skills. It’s like a bunch of toddlers are running this app. If someone would just get on the phone to communicate like a regular functioning adult, things could be resolved. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND SIGN UP FOR INNAGO INSTEAD OF RENT REDI. UPDATE: As to their reply STRIPE confirmed my account was in great standing and that they only needed to verify some information. So their deflection to my review only shows how poor their problem solving and customer service skills truly are.

Absolutely worst customer service. After waiting on hold for an hour i decided to chat instead. I spoke to 6 different agents because they kept passing me around and they can't even do simple math. I paid part My rent to my landlord in cash leaving me 18 dollars owed. So I paid the 18 dollars and it still says I owe 18 dollars. 18-18=0 not 18. They just keep telling me there is nothing wrong or my landlord needs to fix it. And now I have a $25 late fee because they messed up even though my rent was paid on time. Not to mention I have to pay an extra $30 just to pay My rent which Id asanine. 5 hours talking to customer service with no real answer at all, no resolution.

The portal is not secure. Someone hacked into my account and was able to change my bank account to theirs and steal $5542 in 3 days. They were in my portal multiple times, but Support said just unlink the false info, several times!! I was not experienced enough to think I was being hacked, they thought it was a glitch, until it wasn't. They were so slow to do anything, Propay doesn't know who the account belongs to and can't take my money back.. Have filed it everywhere, currently my local sheriff is working the case. Rentredi thinks it's someone I know cuz the IP address is near my rentals.. They still have no clue what happened. Per your response.. It was hacked as well as my email. Don't tell me this bullshit. Where did the 5540.00 go? Not to me! You have no clue. Your security and support is below any level of security. Per your last response. So someone hacked me, yes. BUT, you sent my money to a bank/person that you have no clue who it was ! How secure is that ? Most other portals have KYC where they will NOT just let the money go somewhere that does not match my name. They look at it personally, not just get a code to allow a hacker to do such a thing. Why Propay couldn't tell you who and where it went shows how unsecure your whole system is !

Better off using Excel and horrible support. The software is extremely confusing based on multiple layers to the software and redirections of the menus. I had an easier time managing my properties in an Excel file. I canceled my service when I sold my property and there is no way for me to get access to my files that were uploaded such as leases. They require you to pay an additional month, just to get your own data back. Stay far away, there are better options out there.

I just don’t see the need too pay an extra 30.00 on top of my rent they have one feature for 1.00 n the other one for 30.00 I tried for over a day too use the 1.00 fee n it never work I accidentally pressed the 30.00 button n it work fast I just feel like this place is a rip off and it’s just extremely too high
