The company continues to build out this platform while keeping it's core features well maintained. I love the integration with Stripe to help facilitate faster payment reconciliation. Support of the product is very good via the chat feature. I don't say that lightly either. They are responsive during most hours of the day and evening.

We love RentRedi! The functionality and ease of use make it a perfect fit for our tenants, even the elderly ones. We love that we can fully screen tenants, receive payments and easily communicate right through the app. The only issue I have is with the payment processors, for the last 3 years, I've had to PAY to file extensions on my taxes, and no one takes accountability or reimburses me for the additional expense.

I enjoy using the RentRedi platform to manage my rentals and the REIHub add on bookkeeping ability is really helpful. I am busy and don't have a lot of tech experience so having a platform that is easy to navigate is huge for me.

Ease of use, addresses all that is needed to run a small-mid size property management. Most important to keep track of income, work orders, lease expiration dates.
