SCAM do not rent a CARES harness from this website
Rentcares.com is a scam. I made a reservation June 30th and paid in full which is required. Now 4 days before my trip have yet to get the harnesses...I had attempted to contact company via email and phone. My requests were not returned. I received a text message...a text message people from a phone number and it wasn't professional. They refused to call but sent a text. It was vague and didn't even disclose who they were. I asked who it was and they replied not with the website or company name. They proceeded to say reservation was cancelled yet they had our money. I tried to get further information and they wouldn't respond ....finally gave me an answer of the reason it was cancelled was they googled my name and couldn't find me anywhere on a public record or social media. Really??? It was very weird and unprofessional and no refund given. I called our bank to file fraud charges.
