John and his expertise around finding my first rental has been nothing but a simple task with his guidance in this program. I couldn’t recommend it enough if your an experienced or newbie investor he’ll guide you right.

One main reason I have stayed with Rental Property Pro is the communication... This has just been such a good investment for me.

John's coaching helped me find, fund, and renovate my first property. I'd tried on my own many times without success (I had one prop under contract but got scared and backed out) His guidance was invaluable to me and gave me the confidence to take action knowing that 1) I was more educated than before and 2) John would help at every step.

John is incredibly knowledgable and has done for himself what he teaches and preaches in his systems. If you want to get into the rental property game John is your guy!

Great education and instructor.

Great training materials, John breaks everything down to a simple process. Like the investor mindset and how to acquire properties step by step so it doesn't feel like drinking from a fire hose.

John is a great instructor. I was contacted so I could access the recordings. Great information!
