Ich hatte einige coaching lessons bei Renato, wir machten Sport, Meditierten, erstellten individuelle Pläne und er gab mir Ernährungstipps. Renato half mir aus meiner Komfortzone raus, zu mir zurück zufinden, eine balance zu bekommen, und vorallem mir acht zugeben und mich so zu mögen wie ich bin. es hat mich vollkommen gestärkt. Renato is an amazing coach, space holder, and has many tools in his coaching box. I felt seen and guided. The biggest impact was to have someone by my side, dedicated to my growth. He also introduced the concept of Identity Shifting to me (not sure if he calls it that, but I made it a regular practise for myself & my clients that helps us get massive results by believing it’s part of who we are now)

Working with Renato truly saved me, it was a much needed course correction in my life.
