Renato is an extraordinary personality! I had few sessions with Renato and starting from the first conversation he was able to recognise my emotions immediately same as go deep to the root cause. I would not say it was comfortable to tap in into complex childhood emotions, but I felt so free and empowered after the session! With Renato, I experienced very gentle space holding. I have learned a lot of tools I can use after the sessions. Renato is very committed to his clients and I felt supported in between our sessions too. I would strongly recommend Renato if you are dealing with complex emotions, feelings stuck or lost in life.

I know Renato from his time at the gym where he did functional training sessions, outdoor workouts and other special classes. I so much enjoyed his training as Renato is one of the most motivating and inspiring instructors I ever had.
