Remote RemodelReviews of remoteremodel.pro

Remote Remodel helped me rework a floor plan of a property that had a very odd layout which led it to sit on the market for over 150 days, but they came and helped me see the vision of what it could be. That allowed me to get a deal no one else saw and cashflow $700 a month with a DSCR loan!

Remote Remodel really made sense for me as a contractor scaling up to allow me to have a designer on hand without having to pay for one full time. And since they have a remodeling background and understand the physical process of it as well as design side it was a perfect fit.

As a realtor I’ve used this company to help buyers see the potential in properties that they otherwise may not have been interested in to help them get a better deal and close more deals that might have otherwise not been an option.

I had Remote Remodel design a studio in the basement of my property to use as a rental. They had to work around utility placement that was not great or functional but despite that hurdle they designed a beautiful studio that was practical and cashflows well. I definitely will use them again for future projects.

A great tool to put in your toolbox, whether you’re a realtor, investor or contractor. RR is a very innovative company!

Worked with RR to do a design on a flip investment property in St. Pete Beach. Their designers do good work, and went above and beyond to design the space for both aesthetics and functionality.
