They have a good process for asking for categorization clarifications and then learning from those for future transactions. However, sometimes things fall through the cracks and have to get recategorized later when I review month-end statements. However, that's quick and easy to do. Thus RemoteBooksOnline is a HUGE timesaver and great value for our business... 4.9 stars.

Remote Books Online makes accounting very easy for my real estate investment business. They review my bank statements. Send emails to ask for clarifications, and we meet a few times a year to go over everything. I get a statement at the end of the year for my two different LLCs and I'm able to pass that along to my CPA. The process is smooth. I appreciate the work they do!
