In my case they help me quickly catch up with all my past transactions and help me to understand various categories and why the transaction is categorized so. Also the accountant is always available to answer any question you have via Phone or Email. I am really pleased with their service.

There were a few hiccups in the first few weeks of onboarding, but since then the team has been on their top game. Chris (sales account manager), Kalyan(customer success) and Nagesh(book-keeper) have been great to work with. They now handle books for two of my companies. Being proactive and reconciling all data ahead of tax deadlines sets them apart.

Easy process. Website isn't the fanciest, but it works and is easy to use to upload and see responses. Staff was very helpful and answered questions quickly. Reasonable price.

If there was a 10 star option, I would give Remote Books 10 stars. I had over 2 years of back-books for my business, a very high volume, multi-transaction, multi-account business that has several journal entries. It kept me up at night and gave me anxiety. The prices for quotes I received to get my books clean and up to date were astronomical and unaffordable. I found Remote Books through a recommendation and decided to give them a chance. The Team did an extraordinary job with my books at a fraction of the cost. They were thorough, communicative, meticulous and pleasant.
