my experience experience very bad

I saw the ad for Remote Jobs Finder online and I clicked through all of what they asked for. After taking my money and using their platform, and filling out the criteria, only 1 job came up. And it remained that way for over a week. So I tried canceling my service, only for them to charge me 42 bucks renewal day. I emailed them the same day it was billed to have them refund my money and cancel the service. They refused. I would stay away from this website. There are better alternatives out there.

jobs mostly not for my profile

Definitely would not recommend, not because there aren't some jobs, but because they are scammy. Cancelling my 14-day subscription was much harder & time-consuming than I believe should be necessary. I wrote to them 12 days into the 14 days to cancel, giving them ample time. Surprisingly, they responded almost immediately, claiming they were working on it. Over 24 hours later, I had still not heard back. I wrote many messages to no avail. It seemed quite obvious that they had no intention of canceling my subscription for me. Finally, I found a way to do it myself. They wrote back only after I cancelled it myself, even though they don't explain how to cancel the subscription yourself, which they obviously should. They make it seem like you have to contact them via email to cancel, but when you try, they write 1 time, then ignore you. Furthermore, they send you daily "new" job alerts to your email, but many of those jobs have already expired. One was even for 2024. Big waste of time thinking you're a good fit for jobs you want to apply to but can't because it was already taken last year. Advice: 1. If you want to have a 14-day subscription for people to try out, at least be able to cancel it promptly without wasting the person's time. Or, you should include some html text that specifically tells users exactly how & where to cancel it themselves, not hidden somewhere. Requiring 24 or more hours to cancel is totally superfluous. 2. If not obvious, you shouldn't be emailing people job alerts about jobs that no longer exist.
