Don't like the price. Issue with how to find investors with this program if you don't already know "wealthy" or "rich" investors. Your class did teach very useable info that could be used quickly in this field of investment/work.

Lots of knowled that packs a punch and gets you off the ground running.

Excellent instructor with many years of experience. Well designed course materials that combine basic concepts with real life insight. I give it 4 starts, perhaps only room for some minor improvement would be to dedicate more time for students to practice negotiation skills through case simulation with peer-to-peer assessment.

The customer service is excellent. Not to forget Gennie has always been there to answer any question. ?The partnering aspect needs to be worked on a little especially with great deals and no funding. love you all.

Pro: The event was packed with useful info. Learned a lot and was able to network with many experienced and new folks that want to enter in MF real estate. Cons: There was times that the co. was pitching for the audience to buy their educational package. I understand that this is important but needs to be kept to min so the audience can get the most out of the seminar.

The "Boot Camp" program of RE Mentor was very informative and helped me to purchase a 9 unit apartment complex in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The speakers had "hands-on" experience and were very informative. I used the materials provided many times in connection with the purchase. Lyle Mowery
