Eric, the instructor, was amazing. He provided so much valuable information and made sure everyone understood the numbers. My only issue was the cost of the Diamond program. I understand the value in the program however $38k+ seems a bit high for what was being offered.
Thanks

This is for the Minneapolis Apartment…
This is for the Minneapolis Apartment Boot Camp. Steve, the presenter, was an excellent speaker and a very knowledgeable guy. His presentation was interesting, informative and fun. The only reasons the presentation did not receive 5 stars from me was that I felt too much time was spent trying to instill the virtues of having a mentor. I understand the need to do this in this environment and I value mentorship highly, as I already have an apartment investing mentor that I engaged before attending the RE Mentor Boot Camp. However, because of the activities surrounding the mentoring promotion, some of the material presentation was rushed and I was not able to take notes on material that was in the PowerPoint presentation but not in the boot camp book. That frustrated me somewhat. Overall, this is the second apartment investing boot camp that I have attended and I felt it was very good as an introductory level coverage of the topic.

Good overall with some caveats
Overall I enjoyed the Brooklyn bootcamp. Approaching it as someone new to the investment side of RE, as expected, it was a lot of information being thrown at you rapid fire in a relatively short amount of time. The upsell was definitely a noticeable and steadily increasing theme that became more prevalent with each day. However, to be fair, RE education is their primary business model.
I believe the success and failure of these bootcamps hinge heavily on the instructors. Our instructor played a huge role in my rating, which is twofold. He was great, very personable and the time seemed to fly. His approach and ability to thread the upsell into the sessons made it bearable and likely unnoticeable to some. On the flip side, those hardcore RE attendees expecting more meat and potatoes may walk away feeling a bit teased or shortchanged.
My expectation for the 1-on-1 mentoring session was much different than what it actually was. I didn't feel there was much value in the 1-on-1 mentoring session other than maybe getting the intro to the mentor himself. It felt more like an opportunity for them to pitch the upsell of other products rather than a legitimate student focused mentoring session, but what you do with that relationship afterwards will depend on you.
Expectations definitely have to be managed with this. There is a clear valve in the wealth of information one receives. The courseware, documentation (forms, deal example, financial tools, etc.), system structure and opportunity to network definitely make it a worthwhile investment based on your level of RE experience.
Without a doubt, I can say that I walked away with considerably more knowledge than when I walked in and felt even more motivated to accomplished my RE goals.

Good Morning Charnie,
I am sorry to hear that you didn't get enough information for your money. What more information were you looking for and what can I do to help in that process? We are always here to assist our students in all of there investing needs. People get a lot of information from our 3 day boot camp and some are able to go out and acquire multi-family properties. We also offer additional education to those who may need it. But the information we teach you from the boot-camp empowers our students to go after anything from a 2-200 unit apartment complex. We are here for our students because our #1 Core Value is "Our success is based on our Students success". I look forward to speaking with you and doing my part.

Hi Jermaine
Hi Jermaine, this is Gayle Snow. Elyse has to forward any of your notices or information from Rementor as it is not sent to me directly for some reason.
I have really really enjoyed my Diamond Mastery training so far and look forward to getting through the mastery training website too now that I have completed the courses up in Boston and our Coaching. I am also still determined to buy a property - and now that Gail is coming here next month for the Mentoring, hopefully she will find out what we are doing wrong that has prevented us from buying up till now. I put in a lot of hours on property and have had a glitch with Sponsor as you may recall, I but am now practicing my Presentation talk since doing that course earlier this month. I wish we had a property and hope to solve that soon with Gail.

Absolutely
Absolutely, amazing organization and support system. If you are willing to do the work you will probably get further with this organization than many others. The Coaching sessions should be longer and more structured. I was exposed to so much information, my only concern was that it was difficult for the coach to answer my questions, relate to the experiences I encounter between the sessions and worked on many of the planned structures for coaching.
I have been in other programs, however, the corroboration and the support of RE Mentor is second to none that I have experienced.
I think the staff really cares about the students - they are adaptable to our situations and have become quite a power house to my success.
Thank you all.

I would say this course is very … comprehensive.
I would say this course is very informative and the sales are not forced, which is greatly appreciated. As a person who knows nothing about real estate I feel I came away with good knowledge, but this was clearly geared toward the intermediate investment students. I was lost with terminology and felt out of place at moments and felt completely out of place with the lender presentation. All in, a good experience and I’m eager to learn more.
