High pressure to buy into $30,000 program

Impossible to encourage investor to have their fund into a business. I don't trust this training at all
Michael
Too much time was spent trying to sell another program called Mastery. In addition, one of the "mentors" made statements that were in direct contradiction to information in the written documentation.

Classic bait and switch...

Complete waste of time. Structured more like a middle school personal finance class than anything useful for investing in real estate. Of course the intended purpose of the two hours is for you to purchase their kit for thousands of dollars. It was all one big, poorly-crafted pitch aimed at those who are probably unable to invest anything beyond the price of their program anyway. Ended up getting up and walking out toward the end of the debacle only to scowled at by the hovering salesmen collecting closing signatures at the back of the room. Surely anyone's time could be better spent than this regardless of your level of experience.

Another company just trying to make money off of you. They reel you in. 1st you pay$1500 to get started at 1 conference than if you want the mentorship program, it'll be another 10,000 to 15,000. If your program really works that well, why don't you mentor or sponsor people for free and just have them sign a contract that they have have to work for you for a set amount of time. If you're making so much money off of this, why try to hustle people out of their hard earned money. If you really want to help people, be more up front about everything that is really involved in signing up with you. Check other reviews about this company before going to this conference.

Nothing new...pretty much the same info you can get anywhere
