Too many not funny jokes and important information covered in class not documented in workbook but overall good solid content.

Pamm, We try to entertain along with teaching. We didn't mean to upset you. Next time we will do better. Jermaine (781) 982 - 5811

Lots of great content. My biggest thing is at times it felt rushed and disorganized. It didn’t feel like a pitch fest which is a good thing. Jeff seems like a genuine guy and was very helpful. Walking properties and then seeing what the pros are looking for is informative. Networking was also pretty great because the people there are more serious than cheaper classes. My suggestions would simply be organize it a little better and slow it down at times to let the info sink in.

Jonathan, I am sorry you felt rushed. Our attempted is to get you all the information in that 3 day time frame. Because it is so much we want to make sure we cover everything. Thanks you very much for letting us know how you felt. We take all suggestions and recommendations seriously. Jermaine (781) 878 - 7114

The training program needs to be brought up to speed. It references CDs but there are no CDs. The Module numbers do not match what the audio references. Also, $40K for one hour a month is not enough time for learning and interacting. I was hoping for more guidance that matches my desire to succeed

Coaching did not seem too beneficial. When I brought it up, nothing really changed. After my 3 months was over, I was propositioned to spend another 10K and was told that they would change my coach. I am not sure why that wasn't offered the first or second time that I mentioned it. I also never did receive all of the materials and literature but hey, I guess I didn't ask enough times. On a nicer note, I may a deal wrapped up soon and honestly, I would not have been able to do it without the help of REMentor.

Great information and framework for a workable system, but it is not possible to do this on my own through the initial investment/course as was advertised. It was very much a bait-and-switch. I was given educational materials for the system, only an entry level, and was not given all that was promised to succeed in real estate. The true tools -- real coaches, sponsors, investors, and "network"-- are NOT available after the initial purchase as pitched; but only after an additional $35,000 purchase that is being sold through the first purchased seminar. Made me uneasy to further invest, despite their constant reminder that it is a "family business". Nobody is willing to help unless you actually pay them a ton of money, even though they would profit by involvement in your real estate deal.

Tech dept doesn’t return phone calls - twice. Rest of front office staff is great!

Fine business for those who care to become rich, but not for those of us who desire to help people.
