I am thankful for the RE Mentor team, the training courses, the leadership, and mentoring program. TRAINING: I have attended two in-person training events and I am scheduled to participate in my third virtual training event this month. My business partner and I participate in the mentoring program that prepares, equips, and grooms us to become suitable contenders in the field of commercial real estate investments. I have experienced excellent customer service from the Boston headquarters with timely, compassionate, and thoughtful responses to my questions and requests for guidance. I am grateful for the team’s timely calls, emails, texts, zoom Q&A sessions, and step-by-step guidelines. TEAM: I appreciate the team’s 20+ years of experience in acquiring multifamily apartment properties across America. I admire the successful track record of the students acquiring thousands of units and raising hundreds of millions of dollars to close on properties. The team encourages our continuous lifelong learning curve and is realistic about the time and dedication that is necessary for each of us to become proficient in specific skill sets. LEADERSHIP: RE Mentor leadership reminds us often about the bigger picture of navigating trends in the real estate investment industry and coaching us to discipline our time to complete the necessary daily tasks to make progress towards our financial and professional goals. I am inspired by how the RE Mentor leadership interviews students each week to share their success stories with specific experiences on deals that encourage others. The leadership team also inspires us in developing mindsets to persevere and to practice daily healthy habits to maintain family and professional relations. SKILL PATH: I admire the practical insights the team provides to us from their experience of owning thousands of apartment units. I respect their integrity when making available sponsors to review our underwriting, advising us when offering bids on properties, and awareness when closing on contracts.

21 years of owning, rehabbing and flipping real estate and I never thought I could own multifamily investment properties. Once I went through David Lindahl's training, I saw the possibility and understood how to make this dream a reality. My "rat race" in life now is working on my retirement within the multifamily space. I attended the 3 day seminar a few years ago and was so impressed with the knowledge provided. The courses were well organized and segmented the information into clear and easy to understand modules. Everything I needed to know in order to find, close and manage my first deal was provided in the training.
