No response from customer service after three emails regarding two different orders in last six months. Totally ignored.

I purchased something from them on a popular small business platform. Even gave them a 5 star review for quickness. I was looking for something in the cabinet and in the corner of my eyes I see something move. Impossible, so I focus on the movement and saw......BUGS in the tea!!!!! WTHeck!!! I looked and saw several of them up in the corner and some walking about. As Gordon Ramsey said....AND I HAVE "EATEN" DRANK THIS!!! I did take pictures and contacted business. They said they'd give a refund. I'll see. Afterwards, I see BUGS everywhere. They refunded my money BUUUT they canceled my order so I couldn't update my review. They kept my 5 star review. Way to unscrupulously control the narrative.

Surprised at the lack of reviews. I first found them selling herbs on etsy. They have the best Kava extract available. 70% Kavalactones. The 50x Blue Lotus is good too. Also their other extracts are top notch and higher quality than you can get at a store.
