I was not a bit, but a lot scared of getting the surgery, but I really wanted to look good again after having three babies that have completely f*ucked up the way my tummy looked. I was completely into it even before the consultation and after seeing the pics of other patients online, but it is hard to believe how it actually looks until you saw it on you.

Before getting the courage to schedule the consultation with Dr. Cortes I was studying breast implants surgery for more than two years. I’m the kind of person that needs to see proof before engaging in something so you can understand that I needed to be sure I’ll get an amazing boob job done even before meeting the surgeon. When I went to the pre-operative consultation for the breast augmentation, I felt like I know him for years, like an old friend! It was so funny when I realized that I got so used to him from his videos and he was like family to me! And probably this made things very easy for me. I know many of the things that he told me during the consultation from his videos and it was so interesting to see how they applied directly to my case. I am very analytical and he noticed it immediately and talked to me as such, it was so comforting and also gave me confidence that I made the right choice by seeing him. I checked his credentials long before seeing him, but I was still impressed with his professional demeanor and knowledge. He took his time and we went through all the details of the procedure, even if I knew more or less what is going to happen and what I wanted. After the meeting with him, I felt in peace with my decision couldn’t wait to undergo surgery. Now I am four months after my wonder breast augemtnaiton and it is without question that my breasts are now my true wonders! Even if they are not overly big, people notice everywhere I go and ask what did I do that I look so good. I always advise people who ask my opinion about him to just go see the sites and his youtube channels to see what he can do. Also, my breasts stand proof for his talented hands.

From some points of view I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Cortes, but from others I should. He is very strict in his postoperative care.. He told me before the procedure that I shouldn’t sleep on my back and sit on a chair for three weeks after the fat injections to the buttocks. I thought these are general guidelines, not meant to be very strict. I had to drive the next week after the procedure so I did, I used some pillows, anyway, I told him over the consultation and he said something like if I don’t follow the rules I will end up with nothing after the procedure. That the fat dies and there will be no results to show. He was a bit brisk for my taste, so I didn’t like this. The results were ok after the surgery. There is some fat that was lost, but not too much and all in all my butts look good now. What I liked and the reason I would recommend is that he did the hips too. There is a big different when the hips are done compared to when you get fat just in the buttocks. When I look at pictures on forums with others who had the surgery, it is noticeable that my body looks better as a whole and this is good. So call Dr. Cortes but only if you are willing to do exactly as he says, otherwise you might not like the tone of his voice. In the end it is the results that matter and mine are very good, everybody says so.
