Used the software and it lead to my phone not working at all anymore. After contacting support and ask for my money back they said need check logs first and try to solve. Even so the software less to my phone not working I still send all logs to show them not working. After that they just asking to try it over and over again even I do this for 2 days straight and can’t count anymore how often I already did it. Don’t buy this software as it’s not working and you would never ever get your money back from this scam company. I guess that’s also one reason why they promote PayPal as payment option but when you process to payment PayPal not available anymore. It’s just a total scam and I was stuff enough not checking review before.

I purchased reiboot but did not do the job. I’ve been disputing about the moneyback guarantee for 2 months now but they do not want to process refund. We had meet at 30% refund I had to accept as it’s the best they could give. It’s 2 months since but i never received the refund. I kept following up but the agent named Kevin says he can’t process it. They are fraud and scammers! Don’t ever trust them! TID22169860

Very strange. Downloaded this app without successful reboot. When I went to uninstall, a discount screen popped. Closed it but was unable to start uninstall. After multiple tries at uninstall, I found a small link to click to "uninstall". This process caused an error on the file and now it cannot be uninstalled........?

they let you do all the work and at they end they give you two option to use their service either pay or register to them to bombard your inbox with their marketing hype. This kind of business model is toxic and somehow need to be removed.

Does not bypass passwords despite it claiming to do so. Dont bother. It does exactly what itunes does.
