The support team really went above and beyond trying to accommodate me. I’m actually really impressed. I wasn’t that impressed with the software I purchased but they made sure to fix that and bent over backwards to do it.

I purchased Reiboot and installed it on my computer, but because it's a bit old, some drivers aren't working properly. I messaged them about it, and instead of cancelling, they said I can install the software on a 2nd computer as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you very much, Tenoshare. I greatly appreciated the gesture. P.S. And it fixed my iPhone, which was in recovery mode.

Had an amazing experience, was looking for a miracle key to unlock and change my android device. Well this did the thing, while other softs were promissing but since android is not always samsung, they were off. Thanks. phone unlocked and updated os, great job! Almost forgot the service... guys texted me back sooner than my time spent unsuccesfully with their competitors. So yeah. AMAZING!
