Tried this software but it did not fix my iphone for various reasons, requested money back under 30 days money back and was told it only applies if there is a technical problem with their software as does the advertised 7 day free trial. To put it mildly these people are scammers and maybe the software will work for some and not for others but they advertise things which is not true good job they are in China and not the UK or they would be in court for false advertising. I would urge you not to buy unless you want to lose your money good job it is an insignificant amount.

My experience with ReiBoot (Tenorshare) was very frustrating. When I tried to subscribe, their website showed an error and didn’t register my information—no username or account was created. Despite this, they started charging me $17 weekly without my consent or clear notification. I contacted their support multiple times via email and their support form to cancel and request a refund, after giving them all the info they didn’t help and not they are not responding. This is unacceptable, and I urge others to be cautious. Tenorshare needs to fix their billing and customer service issues immediately.

Great Tactics to make sales. Support is slow in response, good at charging subscription but failed at delivering promises. Learned it the hard way after losing money. But glad, didn't buy their lifetime membership.

You download the app, download firmware (9GB) and if you want to proceed you have to pay.

DON'T TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! Before I would even consider purchasing their product, I inquired about their refund policy. They then offered me a free one-month subscription if I posted a 5-star positive review on this website and sent them a screenshot as proof in advance. I declined their offer, and I'm writing this review because I refuse to become a scammer like them.

Total scam, avoid at all costs. Software does not work and they will refuse to refund your money.
