I would like to take this moment to clarify that although our setup fee is $299 which is fully credited back to the clients on their very 1st closing and with 3000+ active agents across our network in N. America you can rest assure we have 96.5% satisfied customers. Also, I am not sure what "Spire Medical Mall" has in connection with us but we are located in Falls Church, VA since 2010 in the same building. Further more as a licensed real estate firm our license is issued by Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation under Smart Start Real Estate Corporation with License # 0226031343. PS: We are truly sorry for anyone who has to see such negative expressions. We truly believe this is noting more than a targeted campaign to tarnish our reputation and unfortunately such baseless reviews have caused untold harm to number of businesses across the U.S and we do hope such baseless reviews don't keep good people from working together. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. At Regentology, our top-most priority is customer satisfaction. We are continually growing and improving our services. That being said, to further improve our service we require the feedback of our clients. Some agents do not provide feedback about the leads we send their way, and they ask for refunds straightaway. They violate the agreement, ask for a refund and then complain about the quality of leads. We strictly follow the agreement. Our customer support is always available to assist realtors whenever they come across a problem
