RegentologyReviews of regentology.com

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!! it started off with a good sales pitch $299 one time fee but that would be refunded on first close. I then looked up reviews as the representative sent me to trust pilot. I saw mostly positive so i decided to call 2 agents that had left positive reviews and here's where the truth comes out. The first agent said they really only got a few phone leads and they were dead leads but he left a positive review because they were asking for it and he has not received a lead since his positive review (no closings or serious buyers/sellers for him). The second agent said she only left the positive review because rentology said that was the only way they would refund her money! WHAT A SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

Biggest rip off ever! Paid my $299 and I have received possibly 5 leads. All bogus phone numbers and bogus emails. Do not subscribe! I then get a phone call from them today asking me to take my honest review down and they will help me with my leads. I asked for my money back and he said this is not an option. He then called me an hour later asking me if I took my review down. I feel that I am being harassed by them now.

Edited: shortly after leaving this review the leads AND customer service plummeted. They will serve you hand and foot until you leave a review. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Regentology works hard to make sure everyone involved is satisfied. In my 18 years of real estate I haven’t encountered a business so dedicated to everyone’s overall success. Five stars from me!

I usually don't write negative reviews as I understand almost everyone has a different experience with whomever they interact with but I'll tell you about my experience with Regentology. I took the call and listened to the sales pitch which was double vetted leads and pay at closing for the $299. Always looking to add something to my leads pipeline I elected to sign up. I started receiving leads with email & phone numbers while checking my Opportunities Dashboard because the emails were coming back undeliverable and not a single person picked up the phone call (not shocking) but the lead provide was always the same ( lead not under contract with another Realtor & currently Actively looking). You would think that someone looking to buy a home & not working with a Realtor would at a minimum answer an email or call or text back once. I rec'd over 30 leads over an 8 month period. Of the people I got to pick up the phone (maybe 6) not one was actively looking for home and most responded they had not been looking to do anything in real estate & most had no idea why or how I got their numbers because the person I asked for was not them or associated with this number provided by Regentology. I called several times to discuss my disatisfaction with these "double vetted" leads & was told each time the process would change and they would rework my leads. I kept asking the same questions, why is the email campaign you have for this lead showing no response (it's on the dashboard) the people who actually pick up, don't know why they are being called if they pick up at all. What is your success rate with other Realtors, no answer. If you are receiving commissions on closings from these leads you should know your conversion rate. The straw that broke the camels back for me was when they sent a lead of a local business man that I knew, so I called him and he said that he wasn't in the market for a new home. I relayed that to the Customer Service Dept at Regentology and within a few hours they responded that they had personally spoke to the lead and he was actively in the market for a new home and please call the lead tomorrow at 10am for a confirmed appt. So I did just that, again the lead said to me, "yo you know me, if I was in the market I know what 25 agents locally and one of you would have received a direct call from me to assist in finding me a new home". He told me he never received a phone call from any company named Regentology and never confirmed any appt with anyone for real estate but had me down for lunch that week at his establishment. I was furious, called Regentology and told them I wanted my money back or I was calling my uncle at the Attorney's General Office to file a complaint against them, calling my credit card company to come after my money & was willing to go see my State Representative to see what he could do to help me get my money back. The following day, someone called and told me I would be receiving my money back in full. I've since read reviews that they held up refunds until people removed negative reviews & I wouldn't put it past these frauds. I've also seen that your stellar reviews are being posted by employees, which again I wouldn't put it past this company. Have some integrity, you're not providing a quality service, you certainly aren't qualifying the leads at stated in your sales presentation. I have been a Realtor for 20 years now and have used many services some good and some bad but the 8 months I spent wasting my time chasing these so called leads was absolutely the worst experience I have had over those years. If I could provide a negative star you would have received that as you earned it.

I am not happy with Regentology and their services. I feel like I threw away $350. They sent unqualified leads and feel like I have been scammed by this company. Don't fall for their promises. Once you sign up, they send you terrible leads, then they forget about you. They haven't sent me a lead in a month and I have yet to close on a deal with them in 4 months. CRAP!!!!! They just want your $350

Having used another referral service before, Regentolgy is the worst referral service I've encountered so far. I'll start by letting you know that no matter how great they promise their software is, it's actually crap. The leads are not qualified. Every lead either didn't respond or confirmed that they were not interested in buying or selling. The second major issue is the back office never delivered on getting the realtor portal dialed in to what the salesman sold. The leads that came in were never in my market. At first, they were two counties away, and when I contacted the support desk, my leads moved to the opposite side of the state, over 5 hours and one time zone away. Repeated efforts via email and telephone could never get my realtor portal working properly, nor did any of the leads they sent in amount to any real dialogue about buying or selling real estate. Stay away from this outfit, they are bogus.

Realtors BEWARE!!! - Leads & Territories are not worth pursuing with this company. Sales person lied. I just received a reply from this company, which stated I would get a credit back, which again is false. The leads are received were worthless. Don’t waste your money on the service.

I’m writing to add on to my previous poor review of regentology. The company contacted me and told me they would try to resolve my complaint, but only if I removed my poor review immediately and prior to resolution of the issue. I believe this violates the consumer protection act. They also challenged my review claiming they don’t understand the details of the issue, knowing full well that they completely understand the issue.
