Regency Inn & SuitesReviews of regencyinnsuitesmacon.us

The problem that I have with Regency Inn, they didn’t return my deposit. My stay was less than 24 hours, no damage was done to the property and they still chose to keep my deposit. I called the property manager, who was reluctant to give his name. He asked me my name, never ask the room number. He told me over the phone that my deposit was returned, I checked out on 12/26 but the deposit charge was posted for 12/25. I have proof that my deposit was never returned. Is the economy that bad where businesses had to commit fraud? Ridiculous, it’s not about the money but the principle. People work too hard to be cheated and lied too.
