I received my boxes on 11/11/19. They are beautiful and more than I imagined. I consulted with several companies prior to locating Refine Packaging on Google. I was not satisfied with the pricing, strictness, or abrupt answers I received from some companies. I had a vision, so, I worked with Sam Martin of Refine Packaging. Sam listened, advised, suggested, and gained my trust. The pricing is phenomenal compared to many other companies. Sam was flexible and cooperative as I made changes. To make a long story short, I told Sam what I wanted from my logo to the finished product. The designers of Refine added some personal touches that I had not thought about. I love my boxes. I sat one box on my dresser prior to going to bed and just gazed at it. They are perfect. Thank you to the entire team at Refine Packaging and my darling Sam. I highly recommend your company.

Excellent turn around times, great customer service very happy with design

It's been a pleasant experience working with Refine Packaging. The design work they did was great and the turnaround time delivering the prototypes and production met my needs. The product turned out nicely once we did some tweaks. Overall, I am very happy I chose them.

Ordered custom boxes from Refine Packaging and they are perfect! The communication between their customer service was always fast as well as the production. They were ready to produce our boxes the same day of receiving our artwork. Shipping was extremely fast, we got our boxes in less than 5 days! Amazing work, definitely recommend!
