Steven was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way through the process - I had a lot of questions and asked for several different quotes and he responded to everything quickly with clear answers. The finished product came in the time frame promised and looks great - I definitely recommend Refine Packaging and I expect to use them again.

Steven and his team made my team and I's vison come to life. Steven always got back to us quickly, he made sure we thought our proofs were perfect before finalizing it and did countless revisions which helped my team tremendously. The boxes are really good quality and came quickly. I have ordered twice from Refine and will continue to do so in the future!

This was my first time working with Refine Packaging and ordering boxes with special finishes. The experience was really awesome and Jack, who helped me, was so helpful and amazing to work with. His customer service was awesome and he was fast to respond and ready to help with any changes I needed. The boxes themselves were perfect and not to mention, a great price, and we will be looking to do more work with Refine in the future. Highly Recommend.
