Refine PackagingReviews of refinepackaging.com

Very professional and quick to provide a quality product.

Max was amazing to work with, very patient as our company finalized all of the details. The boxes are beautiful! They are exactly what we were looking for, the construction is perfect with the nested style we were searching for. The colors are spot on as well, nice sharp print and clean die cuts.

Had a great experience in my first service with them! Brian helped with all quote options up until the final design and print, I enjoyed that it was a collaborative process and that no one pushed me to over sell anything. The price was in my budget range and the packages with gold foil came out beutiful! Will definitely use their service again.

I received quick feedback from my points of contact, Max and Sam. Both were so polite and helpful throughout a long design process (in total we probably spent 2-3 months nailing down the design because I had a very specific idea in my head). I can't say enough good things about this company, from quick response time to sending samples and finally sending a product I am truly satysfied with. They have competitive prices and high quality materials!

Harry is always quick to respond. Delivery is on schedule, and typically meets expectations.

Wonderful communication with this Company. Incredibly Fast Arrival time after we worked out the Design and Approved the Proof. Thank you so Much.

After being disappointed with my previous packaging partner, I reached out to Refine, along with several other packaging companies, for a quote. Evan at Refine responded much faster than the others, and his promptness continued to impress me throughout the entire process. In addition to being highly responsive, Evan was also incredibly thorough. With competitive pricing and excellent customer service, Refine quickly became my top choice for packaging. I also appreciate that Refine is recommended by Shopify, which adds an extra layer of trust to the experience. My boxes arrived shortly after placing the order, and they are absolutely gorgeous.

Brian worked with me on design and always very responsive. Boxes look great Turnaround time was very fast with in 10 days.
