RefillRx Connect (esp Melissa) has been a true partner to our pharmacy for many years now for our website & mobile app. The customer service is personal, responsive, and understands the needs of pharmacies. I can count on getting help from someone familiar to me....not a random help-desk operator. When COVID hit, I didn't have to figure out what modifications I needed to make to my website - they proactively designed features that pharmacies would need to manage appointments and information. They treat my problems as their own; rather than just kicking the can down the road. Love Them!

James Grebey and the team provided excellent support services for updated logo and name in the hero image on the RefillRX site. His responses were prompt, he set meaningful expectations and worked with the team to complete the requested updates over a holiday weekend. Thanks James and team for your work on our behalf!
