Refi auto pro along with Matthew Thompson are really angels. Matthew didn't worry about how much money I have,he was concerned about how much he can save me. It started with auto protection, then insurance and now he's going to work on my auto refinance. This country needs people like Matthew. In today's economic crisis we need people who cares about the little people. My car payment is over 700 dollars and if he can get it down I would for ever be in his debt. This is not a scam but it's the truth about this company.

This company is astonishing! You can always tell the difference in a business in it for profit vs. in it for the people. Matthew Thompson not only hooked me up with the cheapest monthly auto loan payment and interest rate possible, but also connected me with and took care of getting better/cheaper insurance! On top of this, my new coverage comes with a warranty. It was like he was fixing one thing after another, easily and quickly! And for anything I need, Matthew gave me a 24/7 direct line (to a human not a robot might I add) for anything vehicle related. I'm very satisfied with my choice and the customer service help I received through this company.

To start this off I want to say the guy who helped me (Nate) was awesome! He broke everything down so I could understand the process and what was needed to help refinance my loan. I was overpaying for a car and had a monthly payment of about $400 and this company was able to bring me down to something around $270. I don’t have precise numbers quite yet because the process takes about a month to be completed but that still is a large difference that helps me tremendously! Thank you to Nate for being a great employee for this company and thank you to the company for assisting people get back on track!
