I’m sorry Refgrow wasn’t the right fit for you. We did respond and offer to help. On October 11, I personally asked which step was failing and requested an error screenshot so we could investigate. You later told us you had already chosen another solution. Your account started with a seven-day trial. We understand that you disagree with the $99 charge and have requested a refund. Our decision is not to approve a refund for this payment. We remain available in our existing email thread to clarify the billing history and address any outstanding questions.
