This company is not what they say. They never answer or return calls when you start having issues or a want to cancel. A lot of the text on their site is in Latin and poorly managed. They never provided a lead. They said it could take a couple weeks and after 4 to 5 weeks and nothing i decided to initiate my money back guarantee. For a week i never recieved anything until i left them a bad review. Then they said they are processing my refund but it would take 15 to 20 business days and they wanted me to remove my review. It has now been 30 business days and they have not responded to any texts, calls or emails. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I have contacted the Attorney General, a lawyer (for breech of contract), BBB and will be leaving reviews anywhere and everywhere i can, as well as quora and reddit posts!
We cant let people like this in our society get away with things like this! I will continue this fight til i get what i am owed
And to Referrix reply. That is completely inaccurate! I setup service July 28th and gave you guys 3 weeks before canceling... you started processing the refund on August 22nd I have emails for proof of everything. And I only got a call back after continually trying for days..
This is a prime example of what you're about. Twisting narratives and acting like the customer is at fault... shameful
Also I spoke with the 3rd party Payoneer 2 days ago. The 3rd party you used to process payments and they are not down or having issues. They will be reaching out for resolution.
You cannot threaten to hold my money hostage for my claims because of how I feel about how you've all handled this process, how you operate, and how you've represented yourself.

We would like to address this matter clearly. First, your statement that we do not answer calls is not accurate — in fact, just yesterday we spoke with you directly over the phone and explained everything in detail.
Regarding your refund request, our policy is transparent: refunds are only processed if leads and services are not delivered within the agreed timeframe. The first set of leads is scheduled within 14 days of signup, but you requested a refund within the first week, before even trying the leads we repeatedly offered you. Despite this, and solely to protect our reputation, we still committed to processing your refund.
As we explained, the payment processor you used for signup was recently closed, which affected multiple customers. We personally called and informed all of them, and every other customer resolved the issue smoothly by contacting their bank for a reversal — something we also advised you to do, while assuring you that we would approve the process from our side.
Unfortunately, instead of cooperating, you have chosen to misrepresent facts publicly. Making false statements will not resolve the issue. We remain committed to assisting you, but resolution requires cooperation from both sides.

Terrible Company!
Never received a lead and some of their text on their site and the descriptions are in Latin... definitely feels like a scam. And now since I've asked for a refund nobody answers the phone or gets back to me...they have 3 different numbers i tried and no response. Their site is not user friendly or made for the states with all the latin on there. And their communication amd reasoning is awful.
Edit: so they finally got back to me after I posted these reviews and threatened escalation. Then even tried to flag this review as defamation. Very petty company and would never recommend using them. Put your money into a social media campaign instead!
To your reply: now I was told after 2 to 3 weeks id receive leads. After I was into week 3 I decided to cancel because when I asked questions I got round about answers and it was bad communication. Also I only ever received a response for my refund until I threatened litigation and put up this review. You guys give time frames and expectations and dont follow through. Also, Theres many other aspects of your service that was lackluster or seemed shady.
Also never received my refund! They asked me to adjust my review as they said they were processing it but still never received it. These guys are crooks and if I still dont have anything Friday I am submitting with the Attorney General and Small Claims with damages as this has set back my business and my family...

Also you mention you're located in Delaware but your address on your site and social media pulls up different businesses which I've called and vetted. You guys are using their address fraudulently. You can even see on their response they have no customer service by saying "lack of patience" i lost faith in this company on their poor communication, fraudulent practices and misrepresentation, and their website texts being in Latin here and there on their crm side. Just completely unprofessional and fake.

Your refund request has already been processed on our side and you were also emailed regarding this, but perhaps there was some misunderstanding or lack of patience in waiting for the banking timeline (refunds usually take a few business days to reflect).
Also, as explained during signup, our services take about 18–20 days before the first set of leads are delivered. Unfortunately, you requested a refund before that time frame had even passed. It’s important to first test and experience the service before concluding its effectiveness.
We are confident that once given the proper time, you would have received your leads as promised.

They did not send me one referral in two months. They were supposed to refund me my money and I still haven't received it.
