Mixed feelings
Mixed feelings. I'm happy with result but think a few improvements could be made: 1) The seats were not the same as I had booked. You specifically say the same seats will be booked. I had to work with airline to get my original seats back after refare changed them. 2) I would have appreciated more communication. I was shocked to get an email from airline that my flight had changed. I understand this is the service refare provides, but with an expense of this size I feel the customer should be more in the loop. Happy to provide more input to further improve the product.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm glad we were able to recover savings for you. You're right to call out the seat change. Our process is designed to lower only the price you paid while leaving everything else untouched (we never change your fare class) and we make every effort to keep your seats as booked. Airlines' own systems can reassign seats during repricing, and on some carriers that's become more likely recently. If anything looks different after an adjustment, contact your airline to resolve it and let us know as well: we want to hear it. On communication: you're right, you should hear it from us first, not from the airline. That's on us, and we're fixing it. I'd welcome the chance to talk directly and hear more of your input.
