Exerta, formerly ReEngage, builds AI agents that turn social media engagement into revenue, and shows you exactly which ad produced it.That second half is the part people do not expect. Every comment and every conversion is tied back to the campaign, ad set and ad that paid for it, so engagement stops being a vanity metric and starts telling you where the next budget belongs.Because the problem is not that the comments are worthless. Every ad you run collects them, and most go unanswered. Buried in them are people asking what it costs, whether it ships to them, whether it actually works. Those are buyers, and by the time anyone gets to the comment they have moved on. Exerta answers them, usually within a minute, in your brand's voice and around the clock. Our agents reply to comments on Facebook and Instagram, on paid ads and organic posts alike. They answer questions on price, shipping, ingredients and eligibility, handle objections from skeptical buyers, and move genuinely interested people into a direct message so the conversation can be finished privately. They also hide spam, abuse and comment hijacking before it costs you reach and credibility.None of this needs more ad spend. The traffic is already there and already paid for. Exerta makes more of it convert. The reporting gives you the numbers per campaign, not a single figure for the account: which creative earns replies, which earns revenue, and what each one returned. And it runs in both directions, because what we learn from your conversions goes back into the agents, so they get better at recognising a buyer with every campaign you run.Hundreds of businesses use us, across e-commerce, supplements, health, financial services and lead generation, from single product brands to agencies running hundreds of pages.Setup is done with you rather than handed to you. We build your agents from your product information, your tone of voice and your own list of things that must never be said, then test them against your
