Des voleurs ! Ne faut surtout pas souscrire à n’importe quel service chez eux. Ils vont vous pomper et impossible d’annuler

Stay away! If you’re lucky enough to read this message before making the mistake of signing up for this service, run. It is outright theft. They keep charging your account every week—despite your cancellations and their own confirmations (which are just a ploy to get you to lower your guard)—and the only response to any dispute is a canned email that completely misses the point. We need to find a way to shut down this scam.

This is fraud. DO NOT ISE THIS PLATFOMR! I ended a subscription in June and they are still taking money. I have emailed them and they want to pay me in coins.

Very frustrating experience with Reelpine. I cancelled my subscription and received confirmation that it had been cancelled and that no further charges would be made. Despite this, I was subsequently charged $15.99 on 17 September. I contacted customer support and have repeatedly asked for a refund. The previous $15.99 charge was eventually refunded, but this new charge has still not been refunded. What is particularly frustrating is the response from customer service. Instead of addressing my very simple request for a refund, I repeatedly receive generic, seemingly automated responses offering me gold coins, free episodes, promotions and information about their content. I have clearly stated several times that I do not want to use the platform and do not want any credits or content. At this point, the repeated irrelevant responses feel more like spam than customer support. I have asked the same question numerous times: please refund the $15.99 charged on 17 September. Reelpine, if someone from your actual billing/customer support team monitors Trustpilot, please contact me directly and resolve this matter rather than sending another automated response about your content or gold coins. I am still simply asking for my $15.99 refund and confirmation that there will be no further charges.

A TOTAL FRAUD! I asked for a cancellation of my subscription and they confirmed me it was done. A month later i received a charge on my credit card! I asked again a thousand times to cancel me and to give me my money back and they keep answering me that they have gifted me a thousand coins to watch their sh*t, i repeated soooo many times i don’t want to watch anything and to give me back my money and they continue to answer with AI that they gifted me the coins to watch Again and again and again It’s a fraud, DON’T SUBSCRIBE, they never cancel even if you ask them 1000 times!!!

⚠️ **BEWARE OF THIS C-DRAMA SHORT-VIDEO COMPANY!!!!!!!! I’m sharing this because I really don’t want anyone else to go through what I experienced. I successfully cancelled my subscription after they had already taken two extra payments from me**. At that point, I thought the issue was finally over. Then, **three months later, they randomly started charging me again** I contacted them by email and received a bunch of useless messages apologizing, admitting that the issue was apparently their fault, and claiming that it had been fixed\. They even told me I could continue enjoying their content. Which I never signed up for when the charges resumed. And then, **one week later, they charged me AGAIN.** 🤦🏾♀️ What makes this even more frustrating is that they have **no phone number and no actual customer service you can speak to**. The only option is email, and despite all the apologies and promises that the problem was fixed, they keep charging me. *PLEASE BEWARE⚠️
