Diabolical service and the worst customer experience I’ve ever dealt with. These crooks will steal your money and then send you automated messages messing you about and not dealing with your request accurately. I placed an order online and the delivery timeframe was selected as 12 hours. It took over a week for the order to still not anrrive and I had by then left the country after this. I spent over two weeks sending them countless messages asking for them to cancel the order which hadn’t been delivered and to process my refund. They kept sending me the same messages back and closing the case on WhatsApp not listing to my situation or willing to help. They weren’t allowing me to express my thoughts on the situation to correct it and organise the refund. Be aware, they will steal your money and not even care. I contacted them on several platforms, including WhatsApp email Instagram and X. Completely useless and only care about taking your money and nothing about customer service/ Client relations. Absolute Crooks

​I placed an order with Reef Perfumes on February 17th (#238681140). It is now mid-March and my order still hasn't been shipped to the Netherlands. I bought these as gifts for Eid al-Fitr, but at this rate, I’m afraid they won't arrive in time. ​Customer service keeps telling me it’s "processed," but I still haven't received a tracking number. Very disappointing experience for a luxury brand. I hope they resolve this immediately and ship my order.

I would have given it a minus if I could. They scammed me with their buy 1 get 2 free marketing. After I purchased their offer for an expensive amount, they only delivered 1 perfume and refuse to return back or exchange, even though their website claims they can do so. I have never experienced such a low level service in my life in the UAE. 1. No Customer Service at all. 2. No response on WhatsApp 3. When you directly call their mentioned contact number, it is an automatic reply. 4. In their website there is a return policy page and it says you can submit a return request by clicking on the this. There is no any link that can be clicked 5. If you buy from this store, there is a 100% chance that you will get scammed in different type of forms. By not buying from this store, you can save your money, time, go for better brands reef is outdated.

I ordered reef perfume, and their whatsapp auto chat says delivered but I haven't received the package. I have been trying to reach Reef Perfumes over phone, emails and whatsapp chat but no favorable response. Their customer service is really poor for online orders.

I ordered reef perfumes online and 1 of the princess came damages and leaked all over. Trying to call but they dont answer. Emailed and whatsapped on same number as order placed but still no luck. Their customer service is very bad for online orders. Don't be fooled by the cheap perfumes they sell full of fake chemicals that ruin our endocrine system. Wouldn't expect this from a Saudi brand. Horrible service.

Dear Reef Management, I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding a perfume shop located in the Kuwait Pavilion at Global Village Dubai. During my recent visit in 30Jan,2026, I purchased more than 10 perfumes and paid AED 1,720. Unfortunately, I was not given a proper receipt at the time of purchase. When I returned to request the receipt, the staff were unable to provide it. I also noticed in their billing system that many receipts showed the same total amount for different customers, which raised serious concerns about the accuracy and transparency of their sales records. Additionally, I requested to exchange one perfume for the Coral fragrance. Initially, the staff informed me that it was available in another branch (Saudi Pavilion). However, once I clearly stated that I wanted an exchange and not a new purchase, they suddenly claimed it was unavailable. Later, at the Qatar Pavilion, I was shown the Coral perfume again when I pretended I wanted to purchase under a “buy one get two ” offer. But when I stated that I wanted to exchange, the salesperson claimed the item belonged to another customer who had paid but not yet collected it. It is unacceptable to attempt selling an item that supposedly belongs to someone else. This behavior appeared dishonest and misleading, and it felt like the staff were more focused on pushing sales rather than handling exchanges fairly. I have been an active customer, but unfortunately, this will be the last time I purchase from this shop. I understand that one customer may not make a big difference, but slowly you may lose many others due to the greediness of staff trying to push sales in such an unprofessional manner. I kindly request that Reef Management investigate this matter and ensure that proper billing procedures and fair exchange policies are implemented to protect customers. I recently ordered two boxes of Princess Reef perfume, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. In one of the boxes, one perfume bottle was broken and the fragrance had completely spilled inside the packaging. On top of that, the lip gloss that was supposed to be included was missing from both boxes. This clearly shows a serious lack of quality control and proper packaging. I immediately raised a complaint through the website and also sent an email, but there has been no response so far. The lack of customer support is unacceptable. When I tried to initiate a return request, the system displayed a message saying that returns are only possible in Saudi Arabia, even though the return policy clearly states that it is applicable in both Saudi Arabia and GCC countries. This contradiction is misleading and highly unprofessional. The brand presents itself as a professional and quality-focused seller, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Selling damaged products, missing items, and then not responding to customer complaints reflects very poorly on the business. If proper service and support cannot be provided in other GCC countries, then the company should reconsider operating there. I expect a prompt resolution, replacement for the damaged and missing items, and clear clarification of the return policy.
