My experience with Reed was a real mix
My experience with Reed was a real mix. The vast majority of the team were outstanding — professional, helpful, approachable, and genuinely went above and beyond to assist. Their commitment and communication were exactly what you would hope for from a recruitment company. Unfortunately, my experience with Ben Isaacs was the complete opposite. His approach was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standards shown by the rest of the team. The lack of professionalism, support, and accountability was frustrating and left a very poor impression. It’s a shame that one individual’s conduct can overshadow the hard work of an otherwise excellent team. Reed has some fantastic people, but serious improvements are needed in how certain situations are handled.
