Since AT&T terminated its support for 3G in February of 2022, my two phones were not working properly. Red Pocket Mobile customer service and technical support have been problematic for me during the last 6 months. There were issues that could have been resolved more quickly if the right experienced person go through the process properly. After six different attempts over 4 months, I finally get Melissa from technical support to help resolved the problems that the other three customer support staffs from Red Pocket Mobile could not do. Thank you Melissa for your expertise and knowledge. You are a pleasure to work with. Red Pocket Mobile should give Melissa a promotion in charge of this customer support department.
