Beware!
08/19/2026 Update: I have an email and a text from managers dated 6/10/2026, that states they are in the process of refunding $2,499 in full to my bank credit card! They never refunded these funds instead they are disputing them. This is in writing! Beware! Redline / Red Line Animations have offices in New York, Utah, Wyoming, and California. The LLC for this company, is registered in Utah and is public record. Red Line Animations LLC aka: I wrote a Christian Children's Book in 2003 and on March, 2026, decided I wanted to publish it! I had always wanted to publish it and since I am now a Senior, thought I best get with it! I was SO EXCITED! I thought until the past 2 days, I was dealing with Amazon Prime Publishing! I couldn't believe Amazon Publishing could make so many HORRIFIC errors... I asked numerous times if I was, and was told YES! NOT TRUE! The first draft of my Christians Children Book they forwarded to me was all about WIZARDS, FLYING UNICORNS, CASTLES AND MAGIC!~I was HORRIED! I TOLD THEM UPFRONT...THIS IS A CHRISTIAN CHILDREN'S BOOK! This is a very long story, but as of yesterday, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY BOOK! The next draft had so many errors, and for the next three months, I would spend hours at my desk, correcting, forwarding said corrections...and STILL WRONG! You won't believe this, but they even put a picture of a MOSQUE in my CCB (Christian Children's Book)! I can't begin to tell you the 10K emotions I felt in less than 5 seconds! I was even told that I was forwarded an Illustration Sheet to fill out...and "YOU PUT THE MOSGUE IN THERE!" I DEMANDED A COPY OF THIS SHEET, AND OF COURSE NEVER RECEIVED IT! Later I was told..."Well, it looks like a church!" That was another thing...all of these months...I have requested more than likely a hundred times, LINKS TO ALL OF MY SO CALLED MARKETING PUBLISHERS, ALONG WITH THINGS LIKE...A LINK TO AMAZON SO THAT I COULD FOLLOW SALES ETC! NO RESPONSE UNTIL THIS WK, AND I RECEIVED A BOGUS NOT SET UP LINK! I HAVE ASKED FOR MY $2,499.00 BACK ...and said I will go my way and you can go yours! Would you believe, I even got demanding phone calls that I had disputed $1500.00 and I had no clue what they were talking about...I said at the time, had I disputed anything, it would be $2,499.00 not $1,500.00! I asked if they had the dispute in hand and I demanded by then...to see it...they said they would forward to me as soon as I sent an email saying I made a mistake and didn't want to dispute the charge! Ready for this? Whoever the dispute was from was a Rebecca...BUT NOT ME! I found their LLC yesterday, and the two addresses for business, one is a Townhome and the other a house! This has so many other WRONG (EVIL) DOINGS , too many to mention here...but this is what you will have to deal with if you contract with them...and I spoke with Amazon yesterday and they guaranteed me, this company is not : Prime Publishing or Amazon Prime Publishing as they have told me... Error after error...and making a mockery of my Christian Children's Book...ready for this...the next to the last draft they sent me...on the last page was the moral to the story (Book is for kiddos 3-8yrs)..." "The Little Rainbow had done something wonderful. And on that day, he learned something important: God had placed something special in his heart- Faith. And with God and Faith in your heart, You can do anything!"~THAT WAS TOTALLY LEFT OUT! Then they corrected the last page...but not the rest of the errors and added a MAJOR MAJOR ERROR to the book...On the Copyright page...it said: "To request permission, contact Author and they gave a bogus email address!" I have told them on many occasions, all of these actions are DELIBERATE and INTENTIONAL! ps...I was also asked for hashtags...and I gave them several...and told them the #1 was Christians Children book and #2 was Christian Book! There are many hashtags on my book...to include MAGICAL, FANTASY FOR KIDS, MAGICAL ADVENTURES... after telling them on so many occasions...this is a CCB...DO NOT ADD ANY MAGIC, FANTASY, CASTLES ETC! period! Want to guess where my two hashtags are? The very bottom of the list! One last thing...would you like to know how I found out my book was on Instagram? A friend of mine in Australia sent me the photo on it and said "Nice pic!" I was SHOCKED...asked him where he found that and he told me! I requested for months, anything and everything that was pertinent to my account and links to different publishers... Promised but never received. I never even had a link to where my books were sold on Amazon!
