I'm from Germany and was very unsure about the buying process because it's outside the EU. but it was such a nice contact. customer service is excellent. very nice, always someone to reach. and within 2 days the bag was on my doorstep. without problems! I have never experienced that before with purchases outside the EU. the shop is highly recommended. fair prices and a great shopping experience. Love it.

Redeluxe has provided the best service from ordering, communication, and delivery. I ordered from them during their last “sale” and received my item 6/6/23. Quite behind in my review, but better late than never. The bag itself was packaged so beautifully, it’s like I bought it new in store. The condition was also way better than described, their attention to detail it top notched. I can’t wait to order more from them! Sadly missed out on a small black Chanel 19 goatskin, so now I’m closely monitoring their account and site for new items !! 100/10 recommend them to everyone.

I've been eyeing the chanel woc with spades. And hearts on it for a long time. I was hoping someone would buy it first before me. I didn't want to spend money but I was thinking, once in my life, I had to take that plunge and just do it. She is very nice, kind and the box was wrapped very nicely. It's a complete set, and brand new, I don't have any regrets. I'll probably use it for special occasion for now. It's very nice. I'm glad I did. If not now, when . So I did. Thank you so much.
