Playtika has destroyed a lovely, relaxing game and made it into a horrible competitive, money grabbing business.

I have made so many purchases only to find them locked later in the game. I really liked playing this game, but I am tired of being ripped off. I have all of my receipts for purchases I have made over the past 2 years, and I have spent a couple thousand dollars. Today I am back at the starting level. I think I am going to report this scam to my attorney general's office.

This game is very overpriced for what it offers, I would rather outrightly purchase a game than constantly have to purchase coins etc. nobody has never ending pockets. Maybe do a price for the game and then offer expansion packs because this is rediculous to say the least why are we waiting 3 hours for a result for something that is done by bots ??? Not too mention I run this on my phone and PC and even with the same designs the results are way off and I assume that's to unwittingly force people into purchasing !!!

Some very beautiful designs come in last place, while the white and beige designs win. Come on! Also, one can repeat a first place design and for some mysterious reason, come in last! Seems like a scam. This group just wants our precious money. Don’t give it to them. Play scrabble!

I purchased the endless items. The game gave me the coin, not the 3 unlocks or 2 free items. Tech support said I did not purchase the deal. Funny thing, it also deducted $10.00 from my Google play balance. Total fraud.

I had been a loyal player since the beginning and was very happy in the beginning, I was happy to buy the season pass every month. But lately the game is all about constantly spending real money, the app has drastically went downhill, it costs more to design than what you win not to mention the stress and anxiety trying to keep your designer status up every 14 days, plus the voting is completely rigged in their favour. I used to love the app and couldn't wait to get designing everyday but i haven't played the app for the past three weeks and I don't even miss it, I will no longer be spending my money on this money grabbing app unless they make the changes back to how it used to be.

This game has become all about how much money you spend to play it. You can now pay to keep your design status which is now harder to keep or move up because it's now determined every 14 days instead of for the month like it used to be. It's not about design it's about $$$$. Don't waste your time. It used to be enjoyable not anymore!

I played this game for two and a half years. It was taken over by Platika in 2022. From there, an enjoyable game became virtually impossible to play. They changed from a system of accumulating rewards in coins and gold to just coins, and boy, do you need a lot of coins to play. You can purchase game play coins but they are expensive. I went from completing many rooms and redesigns each day to only being able to afford to do a couple of rooms a day. They changed the voting system and rankings and removed game play inventory that had previously been purchased, often with real money. Surely this is illegal? It got so bad that I had to delete the game because it had become unplayable without spending very large sums of money.
