This game is scamming my elderly mother into spending tons of money, when it seems like it used to be free? After reading the other reviews, I am just upset at their platform after finding out / reading more about it from other users.

I loved this game & played for several years. But they ruined it. They lowered the values & rewards, raised all the product prices, giving you limited items that you don’t own, therefore forcing you the spend real money. After I realized I had spent $1000 in the game, for nothing, ( I could have bought real. items for my home), I decided to erase the app.

I just started Redecor over a month ago and was advancing quickly and enjoying the experience until it became quite clear it was forcing you to spend more and more money to create winning designs. It’s a shame because I was enjoying it for a few weeks until it became apparent it’s just another scam. They even say it’s free to play which is misleading. Do not waste your time.

I’ve played this game for about 5 years and loved it. Purchasing the season pass helped you grow your inventory and progress. I often used to reach the end levels of the season. But now? Even with a season pass, you can’t create a decent design, I can’t progress far in the season levels any more, my money disappears after one design. I used to comfortably stay around A List, with lots of designs in the top 3, but now most of my designs are in the mid to bottom as I don’t have anything in my inventory that works in the design (like I used to) so I either leave the design or submit a poor design. What’s the point in that?! Redecor really have no clue about their customers or they don’t care, and it’s all about the money. Well, bye bye Redecor. You’ve lost your way.

I have been playing almost 5 years… over the past 2-3 it has declined significantly! Don’t waste your time or money…I used to LOVE this game but it does nothing but stress me out… don’t bother with customer service because they don’t care or respond… for 3 months I have been waiting for a credit owed… still nothing they tell me they are researching it. Over the past year the voting has become an absolute joke… winning designs look like 2 year old could do better…Honest! I have been playing less and less and soon it will be not at all… I could not be more disappointed at what was once a really good game… it is now trash! Please Please don’t bother… the company just doesn’t care…all they do is find more ways for customers to line their pockets.

There are too many dogs in the Christmas rooms. It's ridiculous. Also voting should be unlimited again. Please bring back the skip button option, some of these rooms don't deserve my vote.

I'm getting ready to uninstall this game app. There is no way, no way, all white or biege wins EVERY TIME, and most likely it's no where near the theme. Players spend a lot of time adding color, choosing, etc, to come in 10th most of the time. And I'll be dmnd if I spend my own money on this crap!!

This used to be a fun game but the voting system has gone totally off. Now the weirdest designs win, even over others that are clearly - to any viewer - more appealing. I’ve had this app for about 5 years and after taking a break noticed that a number of “products” I had “purchased” are now locked. Very strange. And, unless you actually buy coins and tokens, you rarely have enough to play. It’s not fun anymore. I bought my season pass for this month, but the “rewards” are not worth the cost. (And don’t get me going on the ridiculous “fashion” cartoons that are supposed to be “design”??) Will end my account and delegate the app.
