Kendall, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with 2Take1. There could be many reasons why you're experiencing troubles, all of which can more than likely be addressed, or you can contact us for your money back. Other customers are not currently having issues with 2Take1, so it might just be an issue with your computer's antivirus settings or your in-game settings. The black screen is more than likely due to your GTA instance not being in "Borderless" mode or you not having "Pause Game on Focus Loss" turned off. Robux, As stated on the product page of Crown, you are required to own and have an active subscription to redENGINE in order to use Crown. This is stated both in the product description and above the "Add to Cart" button. We also stated this in the Discord ticket that you created with us. We also could have offered a refund, but you left the server after we showed you that you needed redENGINE. Carmine, Because the menu is in testing, it will not work in-game. The developers use the status of "testing" when a new patch for R6 releases, and they have to test the menu to ensure that works properly with no bans. As soon as the menu updates, you will be able to use it again. Your subscription time will not be used until it's updated. Husain, 1) 2Take1 is technically working, you just have to be the session host or have Battleye disabled. 2) We have the status of every product listed on the product page. The current status we have set for 2Take1 is "updating." 3) If you were unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact our support channel for a refund, given it is within the restraints of our refund policy.
