Lost €40 — RecordSetter Never Delivered the Service
I paid for the “Priority Review” service on RecordSetter twice — on August 17 and August 22 — but neither of the two paid services was delivered. RecordSetter promises a review within 24–72 hours, yet I received absolutely no response for either payment. Both of my submissions were completely ignored. I tried contacting RecordSetter through their website multiple times, but they never replied. Because of this, I contacted my bank (Swedbank Estonia) and filed official disputes for both transactions, explaining that the services were not provided. I also reached out to Stripe’s support team and informed them about the issue with this merchant. In total, I lost almost €40 for two Priority Review payments that RecordSetter failed to deliver. Based on my experience, this platform behaves in an unreliable and unprofessional way. I strongly advise others to be cautious when paying for anything on this website. UPDATE (05.09.2026): RecordSetter promised to send the adjudication decision by September 4. They missed their own deadline. My record was not updated, no message was sent, and the promised communication never arrived. They also stated that my refund was processed on August 31, but as of today, the money has still not appeared on my account. This contradicts their own written confirmation. At this point, I will be forwarding all correspondence to Stripe as part of the ongoing case, since RecordSetter has failed to honor their commitments even after acknowledging their mistake.
