The recone kit did not arrive
The recone kit did not arrive, but it was sent back to speaker Exchange. SE tell me that the parcel arrived my country, and a message should have been sent to me ??? I did not get any message, not even in my spam map 🤔 I payed $105 in freight cost, that i have now lost, because SE Will not pay me back the freight cost, but they offered me to send the parcel once more for half price, on top of what i already have payed😳 My opinion is, that SE is obligated to asure that i get my parcel, because i payed SE the freight cost….. NOT a freight Company, so SE has “the Ball”, and they have to take the battle With USPS about the freight costs… NOT ME !
