Reclaim Records and Brooke Schreier Ganz, quiet rightly get great praise for the work they do. They are helping millions genealogists around the world in their quest to have historic documents released. They are always looking for donations, BUT are not interested when the same people who have donated ask for a bit of assistance. Three times I've asked Reclaim Records and Brooke Schreier Ganz for help, NOT ONE REPLY from either. Quick enough to take your money though.

Flat out refuses to remove your information. Very rude, condescending and unprofessional when replying, doesn't respect or care about individual privacy. Uses straw man arguments to try and validate their refusal, then proceeds to refuse to even respond after that.
